So how about when a player is above minimum?

Q is, with his 10 Xs 5 salary, can he be traded for draft picks? Like 500 of them?
Depends. If the team has enough room below the salary cap to absorb Mills contract size for the year he’s in (the length of the contract does not matter, only the year they are in) then yes.
In 2k18 the Bulls offered me Portis and RoLo for Mills and Joff. I took that deal so fast.![]()
