In a stunning development ahead of the 2018 midterms, Republicans are now reportedly begging Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) to “un-retire” after polling indicates Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) would lose to former Democratic Governor Phil Bredesen.
Per Politico, “a faction of Republicans in Tennessee and Washington are worried that the favorite for the Republican Senate nomination, Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), could lose a general election — and with it the Republican Senate majority.”
A Public Opinion Strategies poll has shown that Blackburn, who is closely linked to Trump,
trails her Democratic counterpart 47 to 45 in a poll overweighted with Republican voters.

yeah i graded out as centrist on one of those political test thingies... and splits does get infuriated with me on many issues, djohn gives me for refusing to join in with his speculation of the russia thing.
its probably true that on many of the big ticket national issues, i lean left... though when i get ballots and we have to vote for local initiatives/measures i'm all over the place tbh
as for the "diagnosis"... c'mon man that's weaksauce. i'm not interested in somebody giving their opinions in a book. if they have a scientific finding, go publish it in a peer reviewed journal.
