True, the investigation was about Russian interference in the election, which appears to be the case, based on the indictments and other available information.
Now the only thing that remains is "what did the president know, and when did he know it".
Mueller has forced his hand in admitting that Russia did something. Now Trump will be under pressure to admit it or not.
