hard to say. my understanding is this judge came in after the guilty plea was already taken, and that this whole thing is part of his standard order.

brady disclosures are a big deal if violated, but again, that's true in literally every prosecution. i dont know that any such showing has been made, here. and if it's just part of the judge's standard order, it's probably not a big deal imo

I also believe the Steele dossier laid the path for the Mueller investigation, which is really a hunt for any crimes committed by Trump and associates (even if not related to 2016 election), which was given a thin veneer of authenticity of a counterintelligence investigation.
