I saw that movie. I saw it in Spanish though, so I didn't know what bobsled meant. I googled it and still don't get in what why would that relate to Mills. I'm guessing is something related to Patty's hair, but then the dude could have used any type of Jamaican reference.

It's pretty clear from the recording the fan said "Jamaica called". Dog doesn't even make sense in the context of the sentence.
"Hey Mills, Jamaica dog and want their bobsledder back."
This is a standard insult template:
"Hey [PERSON], [PLACE/ORGANIZATION] called and wants their [SOMETHING YOU HAVE/ARE] back." For example, "The 1980's called and want their foreign policy back."
Isn't this reaching? I say this as a guy who acknowledges that "thug" is frequently used to imply the n-word. I can't get a straight answer here so I'll keep polling my SJW friends and acquaintances till I can find one who's been triggered by the situation but still coherent.
