You have no sources. Jabari Young had stated Kiwi was trying to get back and that Pop’s statement wasn’t definitive as in shutting him down for the season. Kiwi is still trying to play this season and although unlikely Pop left the door open. And that’s still the way things are right now.

The most encouraging news overall is that he has been in touch with teammates and that he really wants to play it he can. It puts all the drama about him stonewalling the FO about wanting to leave at ease. It’s still great news even if he doesn’t manage to play after all.

Even if he doesn't play, they should still offer him the super max and get him signed long term so we don't have to worry about it anymore
Yes being back with the team is what matters the most. Hopefully he just needs to get back in form further, as they said he was working out and being tested in NYC.

I don't think he will be traded, unless he wants to... and even then Pop may try to use his jedi mind tricks to convince him to stay like he did LMA. Maybe we see some anonymous billboards around SA.
