Money laundering for one. Fraud, embezzlement, etc.
His business model has been to build luxury condos in out of the way, very corrupt places, where the government either looks the other way, or is actively taking a cut.
These condos are then marketed to low level mobsters, usually Russians, who are looking to get money out of Russia around sanctions and law enforcement. Condos are then purchased anonymously though s companies.
This is what you find when you start poking around his businesses, which is why he drew a red line around them, and doesn't release his taxes. His people aren't that smart about it, and it wouldn't take much poking around by a competent auditor to find evidence of this, and likely other "accounting irregularities" that indicate fraud and embezzlement.
Do a bit of digging into the Azerbaijan location. That project was being used by the Iranian Republican Guard, among others, as a way to launder money around sanctions. The ruling family there is quite cozy with the Iranians, and built some of the worlds most expensive roads, in a very poor country. Easiest way to launder money is through construction, ask any organized crime organization.
Feel free to explain why a $300 million dollar hotel was situated in an industrial area away from downtown and on the opposite side of the city from the airport, and had no road links.
I'll wait.
I assume we all agree money laundering is a crime, of course, other than TSA, who thinks it is ok, as long as it is a Republican doing it.
they're gonna a brick if you're right.
Bull you do. I do not believe for a second you give two s about the rule of law, because all you do here is talk about how one side of the political spectrum does it, without ever commenting on issues when they relate to a Republican, and certainly not any of Trumps HUNDREDS of conflicts of interest, rampant nepotism, and general flaunting of laws by his administration.
If you only give a when Democrats are the ones doing something wrong, you don't really care about the rule of law. Period. Lie to yourself, but don't like to me.

And ol Trump said he wanted to prosecute all the leakers. Lordy!
Trump’s rage at Sessions puts the president in serious danger
In the case of Trump’s efforts to hamstring the Russia probe, this is becoming increasingly clear.
At the same time, those obstruction efforts are failing to bring him closer to his own apparent goals, and may arguably be putting him in greater danger.
One might refer to this paradox as Trump’s “irrational instrumentalism.”
In recent months, Mueller’s team has questioned witnesses in detail about Trump’s private comments and state of mind in late July and early August of last year, around the time he issued a series of tweets belittling his “beleaguered” attorney general, these people said.
The thrust of the questions was to determine whether
the president’s goal was to oust Sessions in order to pick a replacement who would exercise control over the investigation into possible coordination between Russia and Trump associates during the 2016 election,
these people said. …
In mid-July, Trump started escalating his public criticisms of Sessions, including angry tweets. Around that time, according to people familiar with internal White House discussions,
the president discussed firing Sessions or forcing him out of the Justice Department.
Those discussions are of particular interest to Mueller’s investigators, as they seek to determine the president’s intentions, according to a person familiar with the probe. At the time, a White House adviser told a Washington Post reporter that
Trump was “stunned” that Sessions had not yet quit.
The president, this adviser added, had been
hoping the attorney general would be so embarrassed by Trump’s scathing comments that he would leave.
As has been widely noted, Trump’s assaults on Sessions, and his calls for prosecution of political opponents, reveal that he
views law enforcement as little more than an instrument at his political service.

Donald Trump’s Worst Deal
The President helped build a hotel in Azerbaijan that appears to be a corrupt operation engineered by oligarchs tied to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.

One has to wonder, if it wasn't a veiled threat after that column of Russian mercenaries got their asses literally shredded.
Russian "elections", free and fair as always, in a few weeks.
Pootin's Look-At-My-Big- is primarily for domestic consumption.
We weren't talking about Democrats or Republicans or Trump. We were talking about high ranking officials in the DOJ and FBI who are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, independence, objectivity, and commitment to the rule of law. Eight of these high ranking DOJ/FBI officials did not and you need someone to tell you why you should care. If you have to ask someone to convince you why the conduct of these DOJ/FBI officials is extremely concerning do you really care about the rule of law?
Does your adored Trash "really care about the rule of law"?
TSA being ed over by deflective propaganda from Repugs, Breitbart, etc and trying save Trash from being purged deservedly from office.
