abortions make up of 3% of the services they render tbh
by comparison, 7% is cancer screening, 28% is contraception, and 47% is STI treatment/testing
The abortion giant is about to sink a lot of funds toward Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections.
Planned Parenthood is going on the offensive for the upcoming midterm elections. The nation’s largest abortion provider announced Thursday that they are focusing their efforts on eight states with compe ive races in a $20 million midterm campaign, its largest ever.
The $20 million investment from Planned Parenthood Action Fund and Planned Parenthood Votes makes it “one of the biggest outside spending forces in Democratic politics,” according to CNN.
The list of states targeted are Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
"This is our last chance to flip some of those governors' seats before redistricting," Deirdre Schifeling, executive director of Planned Parenthood Votes, said. "A lot of those states have governors who have been terrible for women, terrible for access to reproductive health care."
“The Trump-Pence administration is responsible for an unprecedented assault on Planned Parenthood patients and our communities,” Schifeling claimed, “aided by politicians at state and federal levels who have supported dangerous policies meant to strip us of our rights and our ability to access health care. In response, we’ve marched, we’ve mobilized, we’ve organized, and together we’ve built a historic resistance. Now, our electoral program is going to channel that energy and the activism into electoral victories across the country in 2018.”
The new campaign is called “March. Vote. Win.”
Planned Parenthood has been heavily involved in campaign fundraising for Democrats in the past. They lost $734,000+ by backing John Ossoff’s failed congressional campaign in Georgia and spent over $38 million in the last three election cycles to elect Democrats.
Planned Parenthood performed 321,384 abortions and received $543.7 million in taxpayer funding over this past year, according to their latest annual report.

Can't wait until they go belly up once we stop forcing taxpayers to murder babies.

Don't care! They abort!
Abortion will never ever ever go away. Even if you make it illegal people will still just do it back alleys. All you can do is just end safe abortions. Re ed thing to obsess over
Lol Chris
Lol re ed
gun bans wont stop gun violence!
we need abortion bans to stop abortion violence!
Dead babies OK as long as we put a number next to them. Cool.
Drug bans don't stop drugs
Abortion bans won't stop abortions
Gun bans will work just fine though.
No one is talking about abortion bans. You two are pretty dumb![]()
chris wants to keep abortions legal
wont stop all. never said it would. would certainly put a dent in it. alcohol consumption did go down during prohibition, even though it was a failed policy. abortion rates would likely drop, but due to decreased safety would probably put more pregnant women at risk
not gonna get into the 1970's debate on abortion right now tbh
$20m? What's that, a 10 min ad?
oh thanks for letting us know that it's not pretty. didn't know that tbh, thought it was all sunshine and rainbows
You're welcome.
Guess you happy you were not aborted huh
Impregnable logic
ducks wins again
Kock Bros to spend $400M to solidify the oligarchy's dominance
Honest question- do you think the way abortions are normalized in culture today has an effect on how this generation has created so many mass murderers? Does abortion and the way it's casually spoken about in society help lessen the value of a human life to people?
about as much as violent video games, tbh
I don't think it's all that normalized. I've never known anyone to casually discuss their abortion with others. It's a highly polarizing topic and even among pro-choice people it's not exactly dinner conversation.
That said, and this is my non-expert opinion... we are a society that is obsessed with sex but afraid to have mature conversations about it, especially with our kids. They're surrounded by sexually explicit media without anyone (other than other kids) to talk to about it. For boys, sex becomes a conquest instead of a normal rite of passage. And for those who feel left out, particularly young men, there's a feeling of resentment that increases exponentially with more exposure (online, etc.) to all of the hot tail they're missing out on.
And the idea that those women who are rejecting them are probably also out there getting abortions like it's a new pair of shoes doesn't sit well with them. To these (involuntarily) celibate guys, those women are just s who don't want to face the consequences of being non-celibate.
I have no idea if this was at all a motivating factor for any of the recent mass shooters, but I do feel like it's a contributor to general white suburban male rage.
Whoopsies...
Court filings imply that Donald Trump got Stormy Daniels pregnant and she had an abortion
