Something just seems "off" about this. How did they come to identify the gas in order to claim it was Novichok? After forensic analysis, they came to determine what the gas was. If they knew what it was and what cons utes the gas, then doesn't that mean that they had the recipe for the gas to begin with? If you have the recipe, could you not make it as well?
The current White House seems more hesitant to implicate Russia in anything by name than Obama was to implicate "Radical Islamic Terrorism" by name.
