Thanks for sharing. That’s special. I think this group, having persevered through some real adversity has very good chemistry. It is Manu’s last season very likely, I think he appreciates LMA leadership.

Since Manu doesn’t care about a farewell tour and what he cares about is winning, going out on a positive note is rewarding. Making the playoffs and putting up a good battle after such a trying season is an achievement.

How many Spurs fans does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

100....one to screw in the lightbulb and 99 others to ask ‘When is Kawhi coming back?’
I thought it was gonna be 1 and 99 others to lament Tim Duncan no longer being there to screw it in. Your explanation is probably more likely.

The team certainly has better chemistry without Kawhi than with him. I don't think it's coincidence at all that the roughest stretches of the season have coincided with speculation about Kawhi coming back.

    That's a really awesome gif.

On a side note, I was watching the full game highlights. I was cracking up on Gortat's reactions from the bench as Lamarcus did his post-ups. That guy's expressions are hilarious, lol. As you know, LMA was doing work with Marcin Gortat in the first half. It starts in about 7:48.

Noticed that too during the game and then pointed those out to wifey when the game highlights were being shown in the end.

What about all the trolls who say the light bulb wll break, or its not as bright as it used to be or Scola could have screwed it in better?
about half, plus have to account for a few pretenders who really want to steal the lightbulb and take it to LA, plus the Uncle not really wanting a Spurs lightbulb to begin with waiting for the biggest group to leave so he can unscrew that lightbulb right back.

Meanwhile your boy is may be little less eager to see Manu retire than you, or at least he knows better ..

This what Kawhi has been found severely lacking in unfortunately: At this stage of their career, young guys like Kyle and Dejounte will look up at and look for Manu and his example of leadership and demeanor--- not the bull the current "franchise player" is pulling disgracefully..

Anyone with half a ing brain knows that manus playmaking ability and compe iveness is as rare as it gets. Yet 99 percent of the kids the nba is marketed towards would rather see a step back lebum three that goes in 30 percent of the time.
