What were Manafort and Gates discussing with person A?
The Trump campaign was warned by the FBI of Russian intel looking to infiltrate the Trump campaign. Both Manafort and Gates (While on the campaign and he stayed on through the end) were communicating with Russian intel after being warned. They did not contact the FBI. Why?

The entire Trump campaign was warned. No one reported it. In simpler terms, the Trump campaign had ongoing contact with a Russian Military Intelligence officer. The campaign manager and the deputy campaign manager.
