By the way, whatever deal would be struck, it is clear who the deal would be for and benefit more. China and North Korea.
The fact that China has excluded the US in any negotiation and when you look where South Korea is in all this should tell you a lot.
South Korea were the ones to actually get the ball rolling. In the end, China scooped them. Neither the US or SK were in any way involve in this latest development of denuclearization.
