even IF we assume that this means they are confirming the existence of a grand jury... if the FBI is handing over all information related to the clinton investigation, wouldn't that tangentially include information from the anthony weiner indictment, which was via grand jury? there are a ton of question marks and not nearly enough context to make the claim that a grand jury has been summoned to bring charges
the fact that there are no concrete reports is pretty damning. we knew virtually right away when mueller empaneled a grand jury in his investigation. we knew about that months before anybody was indicted.
Mueller's team leaks like a sieve of course we knew when the grand jury was empaneled. Sessions isn't leaking anything...no reason to tip off FBI/DOJ agents so they can run to their favorite media outlet and try a set a counter narrative.
