If that's your conspiracy theory, fine-- but what if he never appoints one?
Why are you so fixated on a second Special Counsel?
Do you just want one for your side?
Give your reasons.
Sessions has Huber looking into if one is needed, Sessions never said one was or wasn’t needed. By going this route he’s eliminated any future outcry of being biased if he does appoint one.

I’m not fixated on a 2nd Special Counsel.
I’m fine with Huber and team working with Horowitz and team.
So are you saying this Huber guy is going to come up with made up charges so Sessions can then appoint a special counsel?
It's already being established that the FBI and DOJ didn't do anything wrong (Hence no second special counsel needed) so what makes you think one will be appointed later?
Unless they come up with made up charges which they would have to make public in details to the American people, I dont see where another special counsel would be appointed.
You’ve just outdone your most recent stupidest you’ve ever said post. Well done![]()
Huber is a Federal Prosecutor, he doesn’t need a Special Counsel to prosecute.
Here’s your chance Pavlov...are you going to call out all that’s wrong with this post or just skip right over it like you always do?
Pavlov is right. You're making no sense with your incoherent posting ever since Sessions shut this down.![]()
Then why are you fighting so hard to prove there will be another Special Counsel?
Give your reasons.
Yes he did.
He told his compadres he did not meet any Russians when in fact he met the Russian ambassador 3 times during the campaign. This has nothing to do with Mueller.
Yeah.
The IG is still yet to determine if there was any wrongdoing, but they could.
If that's the case then why is "Huber looking into if one is needed."

Because Sessions said so.
IG has already determined there was wrongdoing. Why do you think McCabe is begging the public for legal funds?
Begging? He already got past his goal![]()
Lack of candor does not equal criminal wrongdoing.
Have you ever stop to think McCabe might want to suit the FBI and DOJ over his firing? Not that I think he will but that's just one posibility.
I highly doubt DOJ is gonna want to pursue criminal charges on a guy they already dragged through the mudd because Trump told them to do so.
So even though we already know a special counsel isn't needed, Sessions is still having this guy assess whether or not we need a special counsel?![]()
You don’t know a Special Counsel isn’t needed, Sessions never said that. If one is needed it will be recommended by an Obama appointee. Sessions isn’t stupid.
Trump didn’t tell the OIG to investigate, Democrats did. And lying to the IG under oath (lack of candor) is a felony. You’re clueless.
First of all. McCabe denies the lack of candor charge.
Second, he didn't get fired for lying under oath. You posted that about a week or so ago and got throughly on for your inacurate post.
Or you can you know, back up your claim he lied under oath and that's why he got fired.
The facts are he got accused of lack of candor and that's the reason they went with. The OIG report hasn't even been release to the public for some reason. You would think firing a former FBI acting director would be more complex and transparent than that.
For fun:
Even if McCabe’s dismissal turns out to be fully justified on the merits, President Trump’s public attacks on McCabe, the pressure Trump placed on Sessions to fire him, and the timing and cir stances of McCabe’s dismissal ultimately send the message that FBI officials can be fired for doing their jobs, if that conflicts with the president’s interests. “In the end, such conduct necessarily taints the merits of the action against McCabe,”TSA, you tell me why McCabe was fired for something Sessions did himself?2017, Sessions told then-Minnesota Senator Al Franken that “I didn’t have––did not have communications with the Russians.” After it was revealed that Sessions did in fact meet with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the campaign,

What was McCabe fired for genius?
The Sessions has been repeatedly debunked by not only the FBI but also by Mueller.

Think real hard about what you think is a witty rebuttal. If you can’t figure it out best of luck with your career in law.
Or just read Sessions letter where he lays out when a Special Prosecutor would be needed.
CNN sees it coming.
They got a 2hr special on Mueller. They are going to get his no nonsense style out there. CNN is gonna use this program later if they feel Trump goes on a rampage again.
Expecting FOX to find everything Mueller has ever done wrong to counter.
