True and funny story...About 3 years I was closing a contract with a gentleman that did digital advertising. We are talking about the types of Clients he works for and he says "service professionals". I respond, "Like contractors and whatnot?". He goes "sure". We on-board him and start his campaign and then he springs it on us that we are calling "working girls". We were telemarketing s named "Cinnamon" and "Diamond" and random city named s like "Phoenix" and "Dallas". Funny as to try and schedule appointments with s and an online marketer.

I've seen this as far back as I can remember, black kids (all this started when he was a kid) with no father around. Why isn't this situation getting more play? I have no doubts this sad situation has a ton to do with why so many blacks are in trouble and do stupid things.

INTRODUCTION
In recent history, black males have become the victims, as well as the perpetrators, of many crimes in their communities. They have been accused of violent crimes, which include murder, robbery, car jacking, drugs and many others. The question is often asked, Why is it that black males commit these types of offenses? Many answers have been given but no one seems to agree on one specific reason. It’s been said that it sterns from stress, low self-esteem, anger frustration, & etc. Why are black males stressed? What are some causes of their low self-esteem, anger and frustration? Also there can be many answers to these questions, but when you look closely at the black males that have these problems, you recognize a trend. Many of their fathers were not around when they were growing up. Is this a coincidence or are they directly related? Is there a direct relationship between the absence of the black father from the home andsocial problems among young black males in America?
The father, in the family structure is the foundation of that family system. The father should provide stability to the family which keeps the family in order and functioning. This is similar to how the sun is the stable body in our solar system which keeps the nine planets in perfect rotation. If the sun were to ever go out or move from isplace in our solar system there would be mass destruction among the planets. This iswhat is happening to the black family. The fathers have been separated from the familiesin America since blacks arrived on slave ships over 400 years ago. This separation wasby force. Today it is by both choice and force. The results of this separation are evidentand cause mass destruction in the black family.

When Pugh was in HS in Houston he ran a 10.46 100m, amd long jumped 24-7. Twice state double AA 100m champ and placed three times in the long jump. He was recruited by SMU, Baylor, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska and Texas. Before he had a chance to visit any of those campused he was arrested on shop lifting, he went straight down hill from there. His grandpa was Ernest Pugh a track star at Texas Southern (ran on those great TSU 4x1 teams with Jimmy Hines (first sub10.00sprinter) anchoring) where he ran a 9.6 for 100 yards, he also played in the NFL, but did little.

FBI Seizes Backpage.com, a Site Criticized For Sex-Related Ads
The FBI has reportedly seized the sex marketplace website Backpage.com, according to a posting on its website on Friday. "The posting said the U.S. Justice Department would provide more information at 6 p.m. EDT," reports Reuters. "It said U.S. attorneys in Arizona and California, as well as the Justice Department's section on child exploitation and obscenity and the California and Texas attorneys general had supported the work in shutting down the website." From the report: Lawmakers and enforcement officials have been working to crack down on the site, the second largest classified ad service in the country after Craigslist that is used primarily to sell sex. The U.S. Senate passed legislation last month making it easier for state prosecutors and sex-trafficking victims to sue social media networks, advertisers and others that fail to keep sex trafficking and other exploitative materials off their platforms. The Supreme Court in January 2017 refused to consider reviving a lawsuit against backpage.com filed by three young women alleging the site facilitated their forced pros ution. But the site has since then faced a slew of other lawsuits alleging child sex trafficking.
According to AZCentral, local FBI officials have confirmed "law enforcement activity" Friday morning at the Sedona-area home of Michael Lacey, a co-founder of Backpage.com. The raid comes amid what appears to be a shut-down of the website.
