I am 50 years old, and far and away the largest movement towards an explanation of race being an influence upon your life or on peoples lives in aggregate is the current focus on “white privilege”. A large swath of our population currently sees race as the overriding factor in whether or not you as an individual get to succeed. None of the people that think that way or Trump voters

For the record, I don't have a problem with racist white people. We're surrounded by them daily in our lives. Especially on this site.
