HOF player doing HOF things

More. Manu was and still is the compe or of the franchise. You will never see another player that can make the right play and change momentum on both ends of the floor all while being professional and only about wins.
The Spurs should offer the SuperMax to . . .
Manu.

But the old guy can't comment of that young quiter Kawhi cuz he's the future of the franchise. Lol
Harden is more athletic. Manu is athletic but also more awkward which worked to his advantage.
A lot if his early dunks were because people were not used to the euro step. Still impressive though.
wow.
cheers to manu![]()
Show me how Harden is more athletic. Color of skin isn't a valid argument, tbh.

Hes dumb. New nba fan
And that doesn't even have the blocks nor the acrobatic layups. There's one against Utah (I think), where he does an eurostep, jumps showing the ball up, then double clutches on the air to go underneath the defense to finish with reverse english. I've never seen that before.
I think that was against Greg Ostertag, IIRC.
But that's all he has tbh...
What Harden has is that he's deceptively quick, great finisher in the paint, gets to the line constantly and is a very high % FT shooter, can hit the 3 at a better than average clip and has good court awareness. He can't defend for , but that's about all he cannot do. He's yet to put any of that to work in the post season and make it count. Seems to fold there. Manu has a lot of great playoffs under his belt, along with some real turds. Harden just has turds.
All the good things you said about Harden apply to Manu and then some.
Manus' Team Argentina beat Team USA,.......
Period. End of story.
Nor dunking on the heat in the finals. It would be really interesting if he could get away with traveling and pushing people with off hand like harden. The that guy gets away with is exactly how the nba loses credibilty for being skilled
thats really all you need to know
The best guard of his generation, not even close (sorry Kobe)
Best player on the best team in the world for over a decade. Pretty amazing when you think about it tbh...and still killing it at 40 years old while the much younger Porker has been benched for scrubs and Kawhi refuses to play.
And there are people around here still complaining about Manu's veteran minimum contract.
He may only be able to do it in spurts, but he is still one of the best deals in the league right now.
