Wonder if all those fools who donated to his legal defense fund can ask for a refund.
Did anyone here donate?

C. Conclusion
As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then-Deputy Director AndrewMcCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and cons uted misconduct.
The OIG is issuing this report to the FBI for such action that it deems to beappropriate.

Did you say the same about Flynn?
It's a fair comparison.
You've gone on and on about McCabe's defense fund and whenever you are asked about Flynn's you completely shut down.
Why?
Gotheem!
It's not a fair comparison.
Flynn admitted his mistake, apologized, and accepted his fate. McCabe denied his mistake, blamed others, and has not accepted his fate.
You *dinged yourself good, deal with it.
But still begs for money.
Should he return all that money since he admitted his guilt?
The people donated to Flynn after he admitted his guilt dip . Like I just said, it isn't a fair comparison to McCabe. This will be my last comment on this matter in this thread, your attempt to derail this and make it about Flynn is now DOA.
thought they're funding his imminent withdrawal of his guilty plea... (which would also contradict your claim that he has accepted his fate)
What about Flynn though amirite guys? Never mind we have an 800 page thread about that. Let's talk about Flynn.
pretty sure i mentioned to you weeks ago that OIG investigation is likely going to throw mccabe under the bus for lying about his disclosure to the WSJ
it did just that.
shut you down again.
TSA doesn't want to talk about King Spook anymore.
Poor little guy.
Yeah, they might even fire him for it.
So this is what a nothingburger looks like
"lack of candor"![]()
"violated" media policy
LOCK HIM UP!!!
![]()
Lying under oath is a felony, and they have him doing it on tape.
He didn't "lie", he "lacked candor"
process crime
![]()
"overt moves" refers to putting stuff out in the public when it shouldn't be
looks like if anything, mccabe was pushing back on suggestions to close the clinton investigation... which is consistent with the fact that the WSJ is one that painted clinton negatively... he confirmed that a CF investigation was ongoingthe FBI did not want to make a lot of overt moves that could be seen as going after [Clinton] or drawing attention to the probe
According to a person familiar with the probes, on Aug. 12, a senior Justice Department official called Mr. McCabe to voice his displeasure at finding that New York FBI agents were still openly pursuing the Clinton Foundation probe during the election season. Mr. McCabe said agents still had the authority to pursue the issue as long as they didn’t use overt methods requiring Justice Department approvals.
The Justice Department official was “very pissed off,” according to one person close to McCabe, and pressed him to explain why the FBI was still chasing a matter the department considered dormant. . . .
“Are you telling me that I need to shut down a validly predicated investigation?” Mr. McCabe asked, according to people familiar with the conversation.
After a pause, the official replied “Of course not,” these people said.
i think that would be an appropriate punishment for violating their media policy tbh
yeah, candor cases are separate and distinct from perjury, as far as i'm aware
So, any new news?
