Ehh. I am a Louisville fan so am pretty familiar with him. He is basically a volumn scorer at this point though. Still really like him, not sure I agree with other saying he can be a superstar though. Is a pretty nice guy off the court as well which is cool.
sexuals tend to be really nice or really catty. Mitc falls into the former category.

Maybe Spurs get that lucky if Kiwi turns out to really want out and be traded after all..
Indiana and Utah have bounced back after losing their star players in Hayward and George. Seeing how both of these teams are from small markets gives me hope the Spurs would still be able to be decent if they lose Kawhi granted it will probably be a long time before they contend again for a le. I would love to see the Spurs win a le again but if they can't I would settle just for having an exciting product on the floor. This year's team hasn't been exciting to watch.

Ben Simmons will be the closest thing to magic johnson . Less flair on the pass but better dunker since he more athletic

Donovan Mitc out there limping, gets benched, begs his coach to put him back in, despite his team being down by double-digits with 5 minutes left in the 4th..I hope the Spurs can acquire a real, durable star who refuses to take an L, tbh..

Sucks for them that George played a of a game, if he keeps this up for the series they are pretty much done.

At least he took them. Also .43 FG% and .34 3P% aren't bad for a rookie.

He's just 19 years old...I rather have a mf eating shots than timid guys that can't even shoot. This is a perimeter-oriented league, a team needs guards that can score at this volumen to win

Yep. I'm OK with a 21 year old not afraid to take shots. He's not shooting too bad for a 21 year old rookie that has been put into the role of being "the man" on a playoff level team. The previous game Utah played against the Spurs, he showed he has the balls to take and make big shots.

Edit : I got his age wrong, thought I read someone mention he was 19. Still impressive on what he's doing. How many times has Kawhi scored over 27+ points in a game at OKC? I'm not sure Kawhi's even done that once at OKC in a playoff game, has he? That's a hard place to play at in the regular season partly due to the fans, let alone the playoffs.

Pop would had him playing in Austin while guys like Bryn Forbes and Brandon Paul take his minutes.

This kid is something else. If he can stay healthy he'll be a Top 5 player in the league.

Ya utah traded away hood just to make sure Donovan could flourish at the same posi. Spurs would of prioritized their culture guys before giving a rook a go.

A rookie leading his team to a first round playoff win is pretty damn impressive. 38 points on pretty damn efficient shooting in a close out game, he shows unreal poise for a rookie. As a big Louisville fan glad to see him and Rozier succeeding.

Did you think he would play this good in the NBA, let alone his rookie year? I can't believe he was the 13th pick.

Nope, funny thing is he wasn't all that great at Louisville. I mean go look at his stats, its really weird. His shooting % was actually quite a bit worse there. He wasn't a very good 3 pt shooter either, and that was with the line being closer. Quite bizarre tbh.

Glad to see him succeeding though.

Yah that one season would mean kawhi is the exception. The point is we could of seen a lot more of white this past season.
