Missiles that work every time are incredibly difficult to build, and then to have the ordinance go of at the right time... Guidance systems, so many things can go wrong. There is a reason NK continuously tests these things.
And if you choose to use them like we did, be prepared for a good possibility of killing civilians. Drones are much better at dealing out precision strikes. But they are easy to shoot down. And can’t carry big ordinance.
