Nothing new. Lakers want Kwahi (and Lebron, and Paul George, and James Harden, and anyone of note).
Rumor should be Kawhi's uncle wants LA granted because of that the rumor is true. Anyways no respect for Sean Deveney the guy who published the rumor since he's the same idiot who wrote in '03 the Spurs were accidental champs and deserved another asterisk.
It certainly would be enticing to play with a young pass-first PG and wingmen like Ingram and Kuzma.

At anyone pretending to know for certain how this plays out and at the media for pretending as if other teams being interested means he has to or will be traded. They're so desperate for the Spurs to fall and the Lakers to rise again. It'll wait until Wojnaorwki or Charania report this.
Even if true, who cares? If the Celtics, 76ers or someone unforeseen who can put together a superior package, is willing to take the risk, then that's where he's getting traded. The Spurs aren't going to want to reward him and keep him in conference, while taking an inferior package.
I've never been high on the Lakers young talent because I don't see a future star in the bunch. Ball would more than likely be their untouchable and the Spurs more than likely wouldn't want him anyway. So the best they can do, is Ingram, Kuzma (lost amid the hype is his being 22 already), probably one of Hart (ditto) or the Cavaliers' 1st and maybe Zubac.
