    Damn CN

    Go easy on [BpArturito[/B]

Could you imagine the damage MJ would do in today's NBA? He'd average 50.

LBJ would get laid out prancing into the lane by the likes of Oakley, Ewing, Tree Rollins, Laimbeer, Worm, Salley, etc.

That's the type of rough and rugged frontline that awaited MJ when he got by the names of players CN tweeted. And they would give his ass a forearm shiver (common foul - not flagrant like today's NBA) which made him think thrice about going to the rack.

LBJ doesn't worry about such things and still took an L by some no-name G Leaguer after being up 17

    Lol

LBJ was bigger , stronger than MJ and would have benefitted from Isoball

Laimbeer himself said LeBron would have dominated his era

Not doubting LBJ's skillset. Due to his defensive abilities, I'd say his overall skillset is higher than Magic's (my favorite player of all time). With his skillset he'd be a really good player but not what we see today.

What I question is his mental toughness. LBJ complained about lil dudes fouling him in today's NBA. Back then they could clothesline you and get away with it. After they pull you off the floor, you just go shoot your freebies. Remember that forearm shiver Mailman gave Zeke? Damn near killed him. How about the one he gave the Admiral? Knocked him out cold. How about Rudy T getting knocked the out back in the day? It goes on and on.

All them times LBJ was on the sideline doing the cabbage patch while his team was up 20 in the 4th with 3:21 left in the game? The very next time he played that time he played that team, the 11th man on the roster would be a starter that night. He'd use all 6 of his hard fouls on LBJ. I guarantee you he won't be dancing no more after that .

I also don't think he has the mental for ude to deal with The Jordan Rules, per se. They used to kick MJ's ass, literally. I'm sure they'd concoct some LeBron rules too. Depending on which dance he performed on the sideline would determine his "punishment"

He wouldn't survive the same MJ had to, despite being the best in the game. But that's just me.

And of course Bill said that. Like Zeke, he hates MJ. Take anything they say with a grain of salt tbh.

Would LeBron have been as good if he was 6'4 220, of 6'8 250? If not then you have to question how skilled is he really. Being big and overpowering isn't a skill.

DK complained so much about being fouled by plumbers and accountants that Stern actually changed the rules to make it easier for him.

You remember those because they were highlights. They weren't the norm. This is the true level of defense that was usually on display back then:

He wouldn't survive the same MJ had to, despite being the best in the game.
DK didn't "survive" . He had the refs on his side and Stern changing the rules for him. And he was playing in a weak era where NBA rosters were filled with plumbers and mechanics, the league was watered down by expansion and the teams that used to whoop DK's ass had gotten too old to compete.

I don't remember... but I do know he needed Stern and MVPippen to carry him the rest of the time.

    MJ wasn't any tougher.

He whined to Stern, the jew obliged

I mean he became "tough" after Stern made him untouchable
got couldn't get past Detroit before

Scratched Reggie instead of attacking him like a man
