    Gentry did a great job this season especially after Boogie's injury. Changed the entire offense by increasing the pace. Rondo helps because he allowed Jrue to play off the ball more. Gentry is no worse than D'antoni.

    He's been there for like 7 years, definitely time to move on..

    I'd try to trade McCollum, as well..redundant and too flawed to be the 2nd best player on an aspiring contender..

    This is the problem when you overachieve in the 2nd half of the season and get shut down in the opening round. Your coach looks like a hero, then like a zero. In reality they got further than they should have, but Stotts still looks like a loser.

    Spoelstra should be #1. With the roster that Miami has they have no business being a playoff team. Basically it's Goran Dragic and a bunch of roleplayers. And it's not like Goran Dragic is a top 2 option level guy either. Miami has overachieved 2 years in a row with nothing rosters.

    Spo is legit, tbh. I've been saying he's an elite coach for years now. The way he learned from his failure in 2011 and totally adjusted his approach to coaching was impressive.

    come, come he was not very good in 2011 but we all know who lost THAT series ...he may end up being the the 2nd best to ever do it ...but 2011 is more on the Kang than Spo ...stop it.
