We'll take your Kouz and your Randle and a first
That's a ty ass deal for a top 3 player in the World, tbh. Upstairs would go broke if PATFO ever pulls such a weak move.

one good thing about the celtics youngs, is that they are usable even if playing off the ball. Brown has been the top defender in the league according to some metrics and has no visible weak point. Granted, he doesn't have Kawhi's absurd quality, but he's a winner type of player.
That is why i dont get the argument ...that brown/tatum is not enough if celts offered both Spurs would be dumb to pass tbh

You will need to give up both if you want Kawhi, tbh. If not, Spurs much rather have Tatum.
KL is an unknown right now, health wise. He's coming off a bad injury that kept him out a full year. We don't even know his long term prognosis.

OTOH, if he were 100%, sure, but I'm not giving up my best two young forwards for what might be. He might be DPOY again - nobody knows if he'll be the same player again. Just like we don't know what BI or Kuz will become, given how young they are.

If I'm Maginka, I say one or the other - with BI being plan Z. If CIA Pop balks, oh well.

agreed. if he was coming off last year different story ...but he is not worth any two of Brown, Tatum, BI or Kuz...Celts or Lakers can throw in a pick or someone else ...

One of the two don't get it done. Luckily for the Spurs there are a Lot of suitors with interesting assets out there, someone will offer a desirable trade off. And if not, keeping Kawhi is still the best option.

You don't get full value for a star to begin with. Especially not now that he's disgruntled. For example, Shaq was worth more than just Odom and spares. We should have gotten Wade too.

I'd be shocked if ya'll get a kings ransome for Kiwi.

Ingram and Kuzma wouldn't be equal value for a top 3 player in the league, who is 25 years old.

He's not 100% son. I don't care if it's 25 year old LBJ. We gotta kick those tires.

Besides, I don't trust CIA Pop to begin with (tanking for Duncan with a top 50 player on his roster and winning, for example). If Kiwi is on the block chances are he's not right. For our 2 best young forwards? No deal.

Superstars don't get equal value in the best of cir stances. Now factor in that Kawhi has missed a season with a degenerative tendon injury, and he's pissed off "the best franchise in sports." The trade ideas I'm seeing upstairs are ing Lakersground-level delusional.

Livingston clearly baiting Parker into driving early. It’s amazing that such a low IQ guy like Parker has had as much success as he has. Warriors cut the lead going into the 4th and they’ll probably win by 15.

He can thank Duncan, Manu and Kawhi for carrying him; Speedy, Beno and Patty for bailing him out; and Boobie Gibson for gifting him an undeserved Finals MVP.

If Spur fan is expecting full value you will be highly disappointed.

No, I'm not. That's why I would accept an Ingram and Kuzma for Kawhi deal, tbh.

Okay then. Good luck fixing that relationship after Pop and Porker threw him under the bus this year.
