TP has been good enough the past two games.
Parker has no business being in the rotation on the road. I called this before the series even started. Shorten the rotation. If you have to give spot minutes to Bertans or Forbes who can space the floor, then you do it. But pretending Parker is not a negative value on the road is the definition of insanity.

They were home games. His lackadaisical pace and sub par defense gets exposed on the road.
Parker had a nice game today. A few throwback plays.
i think it's pretty clear that he should be playing big minutes and being aggressive on every possession.
Every minute we can give Manu is gold
Also when can we put Timmy in the game tbh?
Unless Leonard realizes he has a penis, we have no chance in game 5 anyway..
I'm just happy to win 1 game. Did not want to get swept back to back years against these s.
You couldn’t just bump your other rec league Parker thread you made an hour ago? Parker had a decent game. Good to have a guard that can finish at the rim.
Me too. Great stand they made today. The lone playoff highlight of this terrible season. Soon there will be an off-season of drama and uncertainty.
They're going to get killed in game 5, but playing Parker is fine when he's matched up against Cook..he's completely clueless on defense and Spurs don't mind forcing him to beat them, obviously..
This. Smh idk what's wrong with some people here. He's in a good rhythm, you just hope he can carry that into GS
Spurs chances of winning Game 5 are slim regardless of whether Rec League Parker is benched. But I'm calling out the inadequacy in advance all the same.
We wont be able to win game 5, barring a complete fail on the Warriors part, so it doesnt really matter![]()
You're doubling down on your other idiot thread is all your doing.
He played better than Mills/Green in the past couple games...
Rec League Parker almost certainly can't, and he won't. He's an old, undersized, broken-down player who is not built to have good games on the road in the playoffs except once in a blue moon. The history of such players is clear. Only the player fans are in denial.
Over simplification at best. Parker is a very limited player at this point.
Parker was 2-12 FG, 4 pts, 1 asst in Game 1 and 2 in 19 minutes. Any more brilliant observations?
He's a vet, being on the road doesn't bother him like it would a younger player.
It's not about a mental barrier. He doesn't have the requisite energy to match a charged, physically superior home team.
