Their firsr GREAT RB was big Marion Motley, who also played LB. The guy was a load especially in the 40's. Yep...HOF.

Jimmy Brown was next along with Bobby Mitc which gets ignored. Mitc was just as great as Brown, he averaged over 5 yards a carry and was far faster (Big10 sprint/hurdle champ) Mitc ended up being traded to the Redskins (first black) where he ended up a HOF receiver. He was readed so the Browns could bring in Heisman winner Ernie Davis. Why they thought thry needed him....?

When Brown retired in stepped kick returner 9.5 sprinter out of Morgan State Leroy Kelly, they didn't miss a beat, Kelly hsad a HOF career.

Ernest Byner.....together both had a 1000 yds

Eric Metcalf.....he is the best long jumper ever in the NFL, had a 27-8 jump.
