Those persons were already named in the original picture Pavlov. Theoretically, you could apply blanket charges for each individual and whittle it down after they clean house. You don't think any charges will be filed or at least on that scale, so you must be convinced there was nary wrongdoing. Can you explain me to me why you think that?
