How many of those mentioned above have won a SB? Own NFL records, have led the NFL in TD passes and QB rating? Own the best win lose %? Never missed a game in his career. Started from day one. Yep.............................RUSSELL WILSON. Who also has rushed for more yards than anybody listed above.
If we looked at all those I listed above the best at under 30............Russell Wilson. What he has done in his first six seasons is better than what any of the others accomplished. Go ahead check it out.

Wilson owns a number of NFL firsts and records. That can't be said about about Carr/Foles.
Wilson has led the NFL in TD passes and QB rating, that can't be said about Carr/Foles.
Wilson has never missed a game, that can't be said about Carr/Foles.
So much fuss over Wilson, tons of this sort of thing out there, only a football know nothing wouldn't get this.

Because we’re analyzing more years here (2000 through 2009), the sample size is larger. And with a larger sample size, Russell Wilson’s got tougher compe ion.

Unlike the current young passers, the quarterbacks in this group have clearly played more than three seasons, the limitations I set when defining a young quarterback. But once you played three years, you’re no longer an inexperienced passer. Therefore, there’s no reason for me to analyze Tom Brady’s 2007 season – I’m only going to look at 2000 to 2002, Tom Brady’s first three seasons in the league.

Nick Foles is on there because he's had stretches of looking monstrous and having a dominant playoff run. Carr has had an MVP-caliber season and a great rookie year. Struggle has yet to prove he can win without an elite defense. If he finds a way to take Seattle to the playoffs next season I'll have him in my Top 10.

Well, that settles it, then. Kirk Cousins is a top 10 QB of all time. And Chad Pennington, Matt Schaub, Colin Kaepernick, Andy Dalton, and Daunte Culpepper are in the top 20.
