They've known about Wikileaks in general for years. The FBI announced their investigation into the DNC hack in July 2016. The agents were talking about the general threat of the kind of leaks for which Wikileaks is known.
That's why they used the plural "Assanges" -- not because there are multiple Julian clones stinking up closets around the world.

Flynn could be sentenced to federal prison for up to five years for making false statements to the FBI.
“It’s a routine play that federal sentencing gets put off until you’re done cooperating,” Trusty said, adding that this does not give any insight into the “pace” of Mueller’s probe, but rather the “existence of it.”
“They are basically saying ‘we may use Flynn for more information,’ but who knows where they think he fits in the grand scheme of the investigation,” Trusty said. “They obviously think he still has some potential, affirmative work to do.”

When Sullivan did that had Flynn already plead guilty yes or no?
I think Flynn agreed to the extension because he agreed to cooperate with the Special Counsel as part of his plea agreement when he pleaded guilty to a federal felony.
