It pretends that shocking developments in a Clinton investigation would fall under the radar because of it, in a country that still somehow finds time to talk for days about police brutality, gun violence, scandals involving state and local politicians, Kanye West tweets and Avengers films. And that all of this is being done, on purpose, to divert attention away from a candidate who lost the election 1.5 years ago.
