I'm at a big yardsale today, I come across this huge book (1258 pages), it was the entire Roger Zelazny's AMBER epic books (10) all in one volume. I bought a CD, some candles, and some index cards, then....'how much are your books?" Lady...a quarter. So I pay for my stuff....a buck then..."here's another quarter, I see a book I want". This is a 23.95 book. If I'd taken the book with me.............

Whenever I won a 200, I continued running just to show everyone that I would have also won the 400 if I was to enter it.
With every post ya look dumber and dumber, yes you are winded/tired right after a 200m sprinter. I am talking right after the race, yes ya do recover quickly.
You never even ran track did ya slick? There is a formula that we sprint fans use to determine 400m potential, it's this.....season best 200m times 2 plus 4. Watch this...
20.00 times two...40.00 now add 4....44.00.

WVN is a sub 20.00 200m cat, Merritt has also ran a sub 20.00, ya see cats that train for both long sprints have an advantage over those who don't. 200m speed is the key to 400m prowess.

Oh yeah here is Michael Johnson the greatest 200m sprinter ever from the USA. So you were faster than he was as a middle school kid, hahahahaha~~~~~~
Johnson is the only American to ever run a sub10.10/19.40/43.20. He was able to do what he did because of his speed endurance. He could sustain.maintain a higher % of his max velocity, he didn't decellerate like normal sprinters do. Tommie Smith and Usian Bolt the only ones on his level there.

What ya did little fella was run a 24/25 something, which is very realistic, but since ya don't know about track you think 20, when there is a MASSIVE HUGE GIGANTIC...different between a 24/25 and a 20.00.

This is Noah Lyles who broke Roy Martins long standing HS 200m, he can split a sub 46.00 4x4 leg.

Let's say a middle school kid did run a 20.00.
First off this kid would have been breaking age group records all along. He's run a great 100, can run the 400m and everybody knows about him. All the college coachs are looking to recruit the kid. He is a local celeb especially at his school. People in sports science are pokeing and proding him, trying to find out how a kid that age is running like a grown man. What does he eat, was there somebody in his family tree who was a great sprinter? For this kid to do the impossible......how?????
What this SFS is playing is so damn stupid, this....I just ran a 20.00 and nobody knows anything about it.....hahahahaha~~~ Oh no he never ran a fast 100, that stunning 4x4 leg, he just got up one day and....BOOM 20.00. And he expects a track guru like myself to buy that obvious bullsit.

A 20.68 with a 3.1 wind. But most ran a 21 something.
Eddie Sumler has already been contacted by schools I guarantee it. Any HSer at sub 21.00 is a big deal.

i thought i was witnessing greatness, but i still think those 8 holes-in-one tops it.
TBH, I really don't know how many holes-in-one I've hit because I usually don't even count it if it's a par 3.
Unless it's a back to back. Then I count it. I know...sounds contradictory. But I've never hit back to backs on two holes with one not being a par three.
So...for now...I count those.
All that being said, I can't claim that the Navy wanted me at 15 years old.
And btw...Avante...you should stick with your timeline. It means those things you did over there aren't nearly as heinous.
