    SCOTUS ruled 20 years ago that Pres can be subpoenaed (if not indicted), eg, as Repugs did to Clinton.

    Trash can fight a subpoena and/or plead the 5th, proving he has plenty to hide from Mueller's grand jury.

    The Russian investigation was never about indicting the president. If anything happens it will be impeachment, not Trump being sent to prison, imo.
