Third straight night i picked the wrong nba result. I had Houston pegged on this one and changed to gs at last second when I saw they were only +2. Really dumb. This result was more what I was expecting.

Third straight night my other bets bailed me out despite heavy lisses in nba.

Tonight though, I needed that open netter wrap around by Vegas Knights to get back in the black. Went from 50 down to 30 up. Damn, I didn't realize I had so much on the game. I was barely paying it much attention.

Durant is a great efficient scorer but he's never been a good play maker.

thats not his job, same wth kawhi

why do guys need to have all round game compared to fake ass players who have all round game padding empty stats? what matters is if u did enough for the win...

and u notice younger guys are trying to have all round game, so they can get bigger contract when in fact everyone knows they are just padding empty stats no effect on the game

    No big deal for GS.

Houston had to win this game or it was all over. They just saved themselves from a sweep, but that's about all.
We'll see, Curry has been exposed. They have nowhere to hide him defensively against really good teams and if he isn't hitting his shot, he almost becomes a liability on the floor.

Curry is getting worn down defensively which is affecting the offense. Switch Curry on Harden and spread the floor on every possession.

Rockets need to continue to work him defensively and corral Klay. Control what you can.

Houston's offense against Curry in game 1 was horrible, very inefficient and the experiment failed..game 2 was just a matter of their scrub role players making shots, no need for overreacting to 1 game and creating narratives..

If they're going to keep basing their offense around attacking Curry in isolation, they're going to lose..Warriors larger issue is Curry's inability to shoot on offense, it makes them ordinary on that end..

Warriors played the same way they always do when they don't take an opponent seriously, though

Agreed. After that first quarter, their ball movement disappeared, but the guys were all on fire at that point.

But yeah, if Curry keeps playing like this, and Houston's role players can continue to step up, then we might have a series. Not implausible, because Houston's role players have a lot of confidence. They're not like the early 2000s role players for the Spurs

Curry working hard on defense affects his offense, especially if he is not 100%.

Beardo should just blow by him, but instead this er launches 15 threes.

I'm with you. However let's not forget Curry is half of himself now after the injury. KD and Klay are carrying GS offensively now.

I think the Rockets need to let KD shoot and close the passing lines - and try to shutdown everyone else. Klay is pretty good at come backs - he always seems to find a bucket when needed. Let KD shoot all he wants isolated and control the other guys. Let's see what happens. If KD shoots 30 times and he scores below 50% of those then the Rockets have a chance.

His defense has been fine in both games, it's his quickness with the ball and jump shot that are non-existent..
    ok gotta revisit ...what?!!
Not only was he targeted relentlessly in pnr ...
But his inability to at least impede any guard or wing from blowing by him off the bounce compromised the integrity of their defensive s and ed up their defensive rotations.
