No I don't think Mueller should be stopped, and the Mark Penn article is about much more than Mueller being stopped. And yes I still think there is a chance Mueller is "working with" Trump. I still can't figure out the private meeting between Trump and Mueller the day before Mueller was appointed Special Counsel. The whole Mueller to head the FBI discussion was BS.

Whitewater was vastly more politically motivated. I am guessing given the nature of Trumps orbit, that there will be way more indictments forthcoming. Trump makes the Clintons seem like amateur hour when it comes to corruption.
