Why is it so damn important we are cool with other races?

I can't use a bunch of Asians on my football team, too stubby. If I want real Mexican food I need real Mexicans preparing it. I need some speed on my 4x1 relay, I can't use a bunch of white boys from Iowa.

We have the different races because, yep...different. So we MUST be cool wih these differences, why?
