    I wasn't wrong and if ya really knew this stuff you'd know that. I'll ask again, so who would you replace on that relay with Fasuba, well? Come on guy show us ya really know this stuff, ok? The relay is about what leg a sprinter excells at, ok? Some run the curve better, some better on the straight, so where do ya put Fasuba.....well?

    Now explain how that...long second leg....works, show us ya understand the 4x1, if you think it's just 100m times, hahahahaha.

    China and Japan can run with far faster teams because of their superior passing, they have it down. So we see a team full if a 10.0 cats right there with a team full of 9.8 dudes, speed isn't the all everything in a 4x1 relay.

    LOL, why are you not satisfied being an Official Expert on other subjects? Stop pestering our Track Expert, please.

    Your track EXPERT trying to stick a guy on a 4x1 relay who doesn't belong there. Which tells us all he doesn't get the 4x1 relay.

    And, on sprint forums that 9.85 by Fasuba was never respected, the reason being the guy lost a lot and never really backed it up. The thought was some wind reading problems.

    Dude, this is the guy SFS is bragging about.

    Everybody was singing this song.

    Fasuba:s best wind-aided time prior to yesterday:

    • 480 10,08 +2.6 Adekotunbo Olusoji Fasuba NGR 06.07.84 2r1 Dakar 03.04.2005

    Best time prior to yesterday:

    • 1127 10,09 +0.3 Adekotunbo Olusoji Fasuba NGR 06.07.84 1s1 Abuja 10.07.2004

    Best manual time prior to yesterday:

    • 11 9,9A Adekotunbo Olusoji Fasuba NGR 06.07.84 1 Nairobi 07.05.2005

    Looking at pela2 site, this guy had a PB that had been bettered on more than 1120 prevous occasions. He ran an al ude-assisted 9,9 HAND time last year, and an open 10,09 two years ago.

    How does one improve from 10,09 to a 9,84 (=4, =6) in his event AFTER recording his first sub-10 (a 9,92 in a heat less than two hours earlier), and, consequently, leap-frogging Gatlin:s previous best PB in the process?

    Incredible. (leave it up to the imagination to ask the "what" behind that staement). What is the best over/under 10,00-second improvement in history (omitting wind-assisted and/or dismissed times)?

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If SFS really knew this stuff he'd know this.
    Why would a guy who knows Nigerian sprinting leave the national record holder off their relay? Yep, that 9.85 was bogus and Fauba wasn't as good as those I had there.
    Daneil Effiong was a 200m stud, which is what ya want on that long second leg because they can push the zone.
    SFS talk to me about the dynamics in 4x1 relaying, if you think it's just tossing together four fast guys, hahahahahaha.
    France broke the World Record with this team.
    37.79 France 1 Split 01.09.1990
    Max Moriniére (10.62) 16.02.64 FRA
    Daniel Sangouma (8.92) 07.02.65 FRA
    Jean-Charles Trouabal (9.28) 20.05.65 FRA
    Bruno Marie-Rose (9.21) 20.05.65 FRA
    They didn't have one stud sprinter there, just a collection of good sprinters who where fantastic at kowing how to run a relay.
    Worlds best 100m sprinters in that time frame. Not one from France.
    SFS...you need Fasuba there he ran a 9.85.
    Michael Johnson is a moron, plain and simple.
    Fasuba's 9.85 was bogus, anybody who knows about sprinting knows this. You can search for it on this board, where I and others have detailed why it was bogus.
    Fredericks is the fastest African competing for an African country at 9.86 (-0.7
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~

    In the track world NOBODY bought that 9.85, SFS not knowing this stuff knows nothing about that.

    Nobody goes from 10.09 to 9.85 then back to 10.07. It just doesn't work that way.

    • Fasuba, 9.85, Doha.

      fever?
      wind reading?
      100m times the rest of the year nowhere near?
      never sub-10 before or since?

      Not only are the time and wind reading suspect, he was sick and not training properly, and then he drops this time, after hitting only 10.11 at CWG a few weeks before?

      Too many anomalies. Fasuba and his 9.85 are OFF.

    look at this fat white guy melting down over something no one cares about.

    It's taking him so long to meltdown completely because of the sheer volume of his fat that has to melt.

    Ok, I think I've proven without a doubt that SFS is a 100%, genuine coward. You all saw the boy run as fast as he could (no not 19.5-20.5) away from an actual contest vs Avante. The boy knows nothing about track and anyone thinking he does is an idiot.

    I will drop bothering with him anymore unless he all of a sudden grows a couple. Don't look for that to happen, once as coward always a coward.
    SFS embarrassed you multiple times.

    Giving up is the first smart thing you have done here.

    Would love to be kicking ass right now but since SFS is a coward.

    I worked in the insurance business fo 33 years, tons of things that are illegal. Tons of don't.

    Don't.

    Can't replace a superior policy
    Can't accept an alcoholic drink (many times you are offered some drink while in presentation)
    Can't cuss...damn...is ok, it can be used as a tool, if done right.

    And it goes on and on, ya can't stir up dust while pulling in, and so on.........

    All of you have all kinds of do's and don't at your job, stuff like no ing around on a message board while on the clock.

    Why is the NFL struggling so badly with this kneeling thing? What is wrong with......you want to play NFL football you will stand for the anthem......what is so damn hard about that?

    NFL honcho....ok son, here's the deal, we will expect you to stand for the anthem, you ok with that, if so sign here if not, see ya.
