I don't know why the Kyrie fanboys are even trying anymore, tbh. Their agenda was ruined the moment the Cavs and Celtics both made it to the conference finals without Kyrie.
This is why I was saying it was smart for CP3 to hit that FT to go up three: it's nearly impossible to catch and shoot in 0.5 second. Curry's shot would not have counted since you can clearly see it in his hands while the red light is lit on the backboard.
Whereas if CP3 misses, GSW calls the timeout immediately after grabbing the rebound. The refs aren't going to instant replay there, they're just going to deduct the 0.3 seconds the rules require unless GSW bobbles the rebound. So then 0.2 seconds left for a tip in and you're not going to lose that one to replay. In the pre instant replay era having 0.5 seconds left was way more dangerous.
