Except one thing. Black Cube is a hostile foreign intelligence service, using personal information to spy on and discredit those who supported the Iran deal. That is epsionage. They are not just private investigators. They are foreign.

I suppose Black Cube being an Israeli firm could be ginned up into a campaign law violation of some kind -- seems a bit of a stretch, though.
Funny thing about that. Pompeo was tweeting praise of Wikileaks months before declaring then hostile. Black Cube has taken hostile actions towards different countries. That's why their operatives were arrested. They were running Black Ops on Americans, such as the phone calls.
