no. she explicitly said she saw him only after hearing the gunfire. and within the chaos of being in a school shooting/being evacuated, one person's testimony out of the hundreds at school isn't going to carry a lot of weight when there is no physical evidence of a second shooter.

2 things are fishy with Hogg. He says after the first gun shot "we thought it was a drill." Who the thinks that when they hear a gun shot? Also he says the shooter pulled the fire alarm for more "soft targets." What 17 year old kid knows anything about soft targets? Everything he says is coached.
