won't happen. DJT firing Rosenstein is only slightly more likely.
Oh look, more innuendo from TSA's blog overlords.
At least this hack isn't anonymous. I do like how he links up his entire blog echo chamber.
won't happen. DJT firing Rosenstein is only slightly more likely.
nope, but it's evidence of how extreme, anti-legal Nunes and many Repugs are.

House Republicans Close to President Trump Draft Articles of Impeachment Against Rod Rosenstein

nothing but intimidation. Rosenstein doesn't appear to be intimidated
Rosenstein knocks Republicans who want to impeach him: 'They can't even resist leaking their own drafts'

That's the funniest thing you've ever posted.
And it's true....
thanks for reading. You intelligence has advanced a tiny bit.
lol or he could just tell the truth
That suggests he has the ability to tell the truth.
He is gonna take that subpoena and like it.
Muellers' prosecuting sharks would chew Trash to pieces.
Even if he lied (as Clinton was charged with), Repugs wouldn't impeach/convict him.
And I don't think the Dems, if in (marginal) control of both chambers, would have enough votes, either.
The Repug official position is that Mueller etc are conflicted, politicized so the witch hunt is illegit, iow, Mueller deserves to be lied to by Trash, and the Repugs would laugh their asses off.
Trash and his mafiya numersouly guilty of collusion, and there we see Trash obstructing justice/covering up the crime.
Funny. The strategy changed from ignoring it to now going to court. Damn right he is. Right before the GJ![]()
Trump's lawyers argued president could not have obstructed Russia probe: NYT
President Donald Trump’s lawyers argued in a letter to the special counsel investigating Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 U.S. election that the president could not have obstructed the probe given the powers granted to him by the U.S. Cons ution,
In the Jan. 29 letter to Special Counsel Robert Mueller,
Trump’s lawyers contended that the Cons ution gives the president the power
to “terminate the inquiry,
or even exercise his power to pardon,” and
that meant he could not illegally obstruct the investigation

First class lawyering, The Best People
Why the Bombs Trump Letter Could Be a Big Problem for Donald Trump Jr.
It undercuts the veracity of Trump Jr.’s testimony to Congress.
The missive also raised a possible problem for Donald Trump Jr.:
it suggested he had not told Congress the whole truth—and might have even misled the body—regarding the cover story
he put out when it was revealed that during the campaign he, Jared Kushner, and Paul Manafort had met with a Russian emissary after being told she would share with them dirt on Hillary Clinton, as part of a Kremlin operation to help Trump.
The letter from Trump’s lawyers goes further than the Times’s account—and confirms an earlier Washington Post report pegging Trump as the author of the statement.
It states,
“the President dictated a short but accurate response to the New York Times article on behalf of his son, Donald Trump, Jr.” Dictated—
that means Trump devised that misleading statement.
This is the first time Trump and his lawyers have conceded that he is responsible for the statement.

Why would Trash want to LIE on paper about the DTJr's meeting with Pootin's people?
Wait, I thought the IG report was the end-all be-all of the Clinton email issue.
You guys have already moved back to muh Nunes.

Legal Blog Suggests Russian Trolls Had Help From Israel-Based Firm to Influence 2016 Election
A secretive Israeli firm may have played a major role in Russian attempts to influence the 2016 presidential election in favor of then-candidate Donald Trump,
. Less attention, however, has focused on seemingly similar efforts from an Israeli firm first identified by the New York Timesin a May 19 report about a meeting between Donald Trump Jr., mercenary Erik Prince, emissary George Nader and the founder of PSY-Group, Joel Zamel.
PSY-Group, now-defunct, was formerly based in Tel Aviv. According to the Times’ initial report:
The social media specialist, Joel Zamel, extolled his company’s ability to give an edge to a political campaign;
by that time, the firm had already drawn up a multimillion-dollar proposal for a social media manipulation effort to help elect Mr. Trump…
The plan involved using thousands of fake social media accounts to promote Mr. Trump’s candidacy on platforms like Facebook.
Nader eventually paid Zamel some $2 million for the firm’s work. Special counsel Robert Mueller‘s team has also worked with Israeli police to seize computers from one of Zamel’s companies.
Additionally, Mueller has been investigating the
transfer of funds into PSY-Group’s overseas bank account in Cyprus,
according to Bloomberg News. And the Wall Street Journal recently reported that
PSY-Group “formed a strategic partnership” with controversial data firm Cambridge Analytica–after the 2016 election.

Russia may be thrown out of INTERPOL after using sham warrant to detain American critic
Russia may be suspended from INTERPOL, an international criminal justice compact that allows for international arrests, after using a sham warrant to cause a prominent American-born critic to be detained, The Telegraph reports.

Magnitsky campaigner Bill Browder detained then released in Spain
The head of investment fund Hermitage Capital Management posted a photo on Twitter which appeared to have been taken from the back of a police vehicle.

For you people who can't keep up, the DJTJr meeting with Pootin's people in June 16 was really about getting Obama's sanctions after Magnitsky's death annulled.
Obama's financial sanctions REALLY hurt Pootin and friends.
Magnitsky sanctions were probably Flynn's main, maybe only, topic in his phone calls to Russia
Damn, even weekends aren't free of major news about Trash and his mafiya, and Sunday morning shows yet to come.
Watch: Watergate prosecutor compares Trump to King George as he destroys ‘flimflam’ new legal memo
A leaked memo obtained by the New York Times lays out President Trump’s defiant response to the Mueller investigation,
claiming the president can’t be charged for his possible crimes because he’s the president.
The memo was promptly destroyed on MSNBC by Nick Akerman, who was an assistant Watergate prosecutor.
Akerman said Trump is surrounded by terrible legal talent
and that his argument sounds like something that would be claimed by the British King who inspired the American Revolution.
“First of all, the whole idea that he can’t be charged with obstruction of justice—
the last time that ever happened in this country is when we were ruled by King George.
That’s what the whole rule of law is about.
The president has to faithfully execute the laws.
If it he winds up having the corrupt intent to put the kibosh to an investigation,
that’s obstruction of justice.
If I advise someone to take the fifth amendment that’s fine.
But if I do it with the corrupt intent to cover up crimes I committed,
that’s obstruction of justice.
That applies to the president.
The U.S. Supreme Court said no man is above the law.”
Former U.S. Attorney Barbara L. McQuade agreed the memo was full of substandard legal reasoning and was unlikely to influence Mueller.
“They’re just trying to put up a bunch of flimflam.
Donald Trump is just a flimflam artist trying to sell more snake oil, and
this is another way to package the same snake oil he’s been selling to the public through Rudy Giuliani for the last week,” said Akerman.
