Ovechkin is better than Cindy Crysby, tbh. He doesn't need mega-stacked teams and ref help to win.

Smith Pelley and Lars Eller win the Cup.

NBA Finals in 4, Stanley Cup Finals in 5. What should've been a good week is now trash. I don't think I can do baseball yet.

It's so funny how great the NHL playoffs were when juxtaposed against the ty ass NBA playoffs.

In the NHL you had a historically choker team go down 0-2 in the first round then come back to win, then come back from being down to knock off a team in Pittsburgh that they have never been able to beat, then come back from being down 3-2 in the conference finals, finally winning it all after losing the first game to Vegas.

Then in the NBA you had the Warriors breezing through everyone and conveniently having the other team's best player get hurt the second there was a little adversity.

hey his stick was illegal tbh
Five years ago, with the Kings on their way to winning the 2012 Stanley Cup, McSorley revisited the illegal stick incident yet again, telling Vancouver Province sportswriter Tony Gallagher that while he full well knew he was using an illegal blade, the full story is seldom told.

"It's now been well-do ented that Luc Robitaille, a member of the Kings at the time, was contacted a year later by a Montreal policeman who said his conscience was bothering him over the incident," Gallagher wrote. "Apparently, the cop was told to leave his post for a few minutes between periods while the Habs examined the Kings sticks so they'd know who was using an illegal one."

McSorley has said that Montreal's Gary Leeman has related how the Los Angeles stick rack was even in the Canadiens' dressing room.

It's no surprise that Canada hasn't won a Cup since the Habs pulled this gotry.

Yup, and they sat on it 'til they needed a power play goal at the right time. I watched the game and was like 'what kind of BS is this?'
