5 FBI employees were referred back to the FBI in today’s report. Just like McCabe was referred back to the FBI in Horowitz initial report.

Was McCabe referred for criminal referral in the initial report?

they didn't in the mccabe case. they haven't so far in the clinton matter. i don't know if that means they would never include the referrals in their initial reports.

It was a damning report. It’s too early for me to answer your question. I’ll wait for any referrals made by Horowitz to Huber before being able to answer your question. I know Strzok was referred to Huber by Horowitz, just not sure yet for what.
