Christopher Wray disagrees. Referred to the OPR, just like McCabe.

    9:40
All my reading says that McCabe was referred to the USAO-DC for determination of criminal charges.

I guess you've already made that leap.

what did the IG report say about the exoneration letter, changing recklesness to gross negligence to gross negligence?

does Huber work for Southern District of New York or Eastern District of Virginia?

and what conduct of Strzok was criminally referred to Huber according to your theory?
I’m still doing a lot of reading will have to back to you on your first question.

No Huber doesn’t work at either but he was working with Horowitz so I can safely assume he was notified.

I just said Strzok was referred and said I’d wait to see what it was for. Footnote isn’t specific.

after he made a criminal referral from a spin-off of the initial investigation you don’t think he’d recommend another? lol
    Since it's a nothingburger, nope.

I don’t know what they’ll be or who they’ll be for I just think in a few days they’ll be made.
So you think someone will be charged with something someday and that's muh bet certain but my saying I doubt anyone else will be charged is somehow pure insanity.

I know Strzok was referred to Huber by Horowitz, just not sure yet for what.

so you knew strzok was referred to huber because the report had a footnote that said NY and VA offices were notified.

and nowhere does it say he was referred for any charges. just says they were notified of his actions.

The head of the FBI said on Thursday the agency accepted a watchdog's findings on its conduct during the investigation into former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's emails and said employees would be held accountable for any misconduct.

The only ones doing damage control are the ones running around claiming nothingburger. Have you read more than the summary?

yes. have you take a closer look at footnote 217?

its clear that there were inappropriate actions taken by employees. the key takeaway is that they didnt find that the investigation was inappropriately handled by those employees... outside of Comey who should not have held his July presser without letting DOJ higher-ups know about it

will some employees face reprimand? yeah probably. but this didnt reveal some grand conspiracy to protect clinton... improper exoneration letter, improperly changing recklesness to negligence, investigation to matter, etc.

    1. New texts between FBI lovers Strzok and Page were 'disappointing' and cast a shadow over the integrity of the entire Clinton email probe.

    2. Three additional, unnamed FBI employees -- including one lawyer who later worked on the Mueller probe -- are under scrutiny for anti-Trump bias.

    3. Investigators didn't give a good reason for not pursuing laptops and cellphones belonging to Clinton's senior aides.

    4. Despite Clinton connections, former Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe didn't fully recuse themselves .

    5. 'Insubordinate' Ex-FBI Director James Comey repeatedly violated policy and inaccurately described the legal situation surrounding Clinton's emails.

    6. Former Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch made errors in judgment during the Clinton probe.

    7. FBI agents' actions surrounding the DOJ/FBI interview of Hillary Clinton were 'inappropriate' and created appearance of bias.

You’re failing to see the bigger picture.

“not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even more seriously, implies a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral prospects.”

Horowitz is setting the table for Strzok and the Russia investigation report release.

this report was specific to the clinton matter. not to do with russia investigation and FISA stuff

are you actually claiming this report is everything you wanted with regard to the clinton matter?

Yes. Comey got his ass dragged through the mud and the obstruction of justice charge against Trump just died.

Do you think Strzok’s actions in this report just disappear and aren’t taken into consideration with him then leading the Russia investigation?
