I agree that he won't coach a rebuild, which is why I think they're going to keep Aldridge and at least be a lower-seeded playoff team for 2 years IMO(and the West isn't very good anymore, they could conceivably compete for a top 4 seed with the correct moves)..

There will be a resolution by early-mid July tbh. There are other decisions to be made depending on how this all plays out (Pop retiring, Manu retiring, what to do with LMA, etc.).

I don't see them as a top 4 seed. No way they're beating Golden State, Paul + Harden, or LeBron + PG13 (with or without Kawhi on the Lakers) for any of the top 3. Not sure they're better than Utah unless they land Tatum for Kawhi.
