Tanking is always a bad idea imo, you try to get the easy bracket and you end up miscalculating and getting screwed. Now I believe a lot of bench players will play today to rest as many starters as possible, we play for the tie anyway..
I'm not totally sold on France team but as crazy as it sounds I'm glad Giroud is back on the starting line up... dude is no Maradona but he is opening stuff up for the kids, Pogba and Griezman.. he is a pain in the ass for the defense.. we need him tbh. To go far we need Griezman to wake up and play as good as during the Euro. He has a slow start but was the same at the Euro. If Pogba takes the leadership and Griezman wake up I like our chances to go far.
