The Spurs always keep things in house. , Tony screwing Brent Barry's wife would have been major news for months on any other team.
Ppl saying Kawhi is at fault for not saying anything, as if the Spurs camp has been overly talkative... Both have been silent, and probably by design

You finding a new team?
He never did
He would have been traded
seriously, ducks?
from the team’s perspective, confirmed double-marriage-busting sexting has gotta be = to double-marriage-busting sexing
and noone can convince me that tony didnt tap that when he obviously had the chance
sorry barry i love you as a player and personality but cmon
Can people ing parroting this around????????
How many times are people going to ing say this as fact??????????? If he screwed Brent's wife HE WOULD NOT have still been on the team. Pop wouldn't have allowed him to remain on the team and I think TD wouldn't have wanted him there either.
Pippen role? Nah...KD isn't a leader and didn't take a Pippen role in GSW.
I doubt that Harden cares about his teammates or motivate/inspire theam...I doubt CP3 cares about the franchise he plays for...I wouldn't call them positive leaders.
Bowen just talks about leadership because that's the only thing that he can say about Kawhi.
Tim Duncan was the last team-leader. I love Dirk but he wasn't exactly that guy in the locker room during his prime.
Leadership is overrated by Spurs fans, if we see other fanbases, they care about players that help them to win. Kawhi helped us to win a ring and many playoffs games, that should have been enough.
Kawhi can’t wipe his own ass nor can he actually talk it seems. He has been mind ed by Uncle Fester
but ur more then welcome to join his Ass cleaning crew “the great yacht, tholden, Rd”. Change Kawhi name to KY.
Go home son.
Don’t be bitter Rob u know the saying “ Behind every cloud there is a silver lining”.![]()
NBA Generation SJW Snowflake couldnt handle that. They would have curry and durant doing PSA commercials about 'bullies and meanies'.
Don't get me wrong. I think he's a great basketball player. You don't have to be a leader to be great at playing a sport.
If a team doesn't need their best player to be a leader, as some have said, then I would say he's perfect......if he shows up.
You might be right...I don't really know for sure. It seems, though, that most dynastic teams have had a personality, motivation and/or inspiration from their guys at the top. Duncan, Shaq/Kobe, Jordan, Magic, etc. I do think a team needs some form of leadership to truly get to the next level. A collection of talent, no matter how good, needs someone pulling it all together. And in today's NBA that's certainly not the coach. Role players don't command enough respect in most cases. That kind of leaves the guys who can fill the stat sheet.
The Warriors seem to be breaking that mold a bit, because I'm not sure who the outright "leader" is. Perhaps it's by committee for them, which might be what the Spurs could emulate.
Draymond Green is the leader of the Warriors and he's a role player.
The nba is so hard up for talent it is embarassing
spurs fans, ahem, white people, statements the past few years AND this season.
The past 10 years or so : "The Spurs are a classy organization. Nothing ever leaks out and that's great that we don't have too many talkative players on our team. Tim was quiet and so is Leonard. We need more of that in the league. "
This season: "WHY IS THAT ****** REFUSING TO TALK???? GET THAT MUTE/RE /AUTISTIC QUIET PLAYER THE OFF MY TEAM!!"
I don't think anybody ever considered Shaq or Kobe to be good leaders, and I'd question whether Jordan was ever a good leader..Phil Jackson's strongest attribute was his leadership, he wasn't a particularly great coach, I'd say he was their leader..
Most teams that win les are full of veterans, they don't really need leadership unless there are some questionable people in the locker room that need direction IMO..
Stephen A ripping Kawhi a new one on First Take. Thank you Stephen A.
They exchanged inappropriate text messages and had gotten emotionally involved. Supposedly nothing physical happened. The rumors were that the Barrys were splitting up anyway, but that the fling had a lot to do with why Parker and Eva Longoria got divorced.
Raymond has been the leader... Whether it's acknowledged or not. Klay and Curry could always shoot but GSW didn't become what they are until Raymond grew up and developed as a player. I'll give him that much credit. He couldn't do what he does anywhere else but he complements their stars and has the compe ive drive to step on necks when he has to.
Erin Barry was 10 times hotter than Eva Longoria. Cant blame Tony if she put it out there.
