As a HS freshman the Varsity head coach Mr. Branco....
Branco....you need to start lifting with the Varsity, and stay with the track. i do have plans for you son.
Freshmen not allowed on the varsity, I played JV ball that first season.
SFS talk to us about this....

Notice how SFS just ignores all questions asked about Paris and he is our SOURCE.......what a joke.
SFS ya ignored the NCAA's, you ignored our Nationals, now you are ignoring another track meet. Do you every plan on actually doing anything at all? Dude, you are really ting on those who voted for you, what.....you don't care?
SFS talk to me about the sudden re-emergence of the Asian sprinters? Way back in 30's the Japanese had a Olympic 100m finalist who ran two WR 10.3.
China had a WR cat in the 60'S at 10.0.
Then....poof~~~~ That was until a few years, then all of a sudden here they came....back. What's your take on this?

Now ask THE EXPERT about that up coming Paris meet.
Watch as the guy totally ignores the question. Dude, not too aware of reality are ya son?
This thread did prove one thing.....
32 of you don't have a clue and only Avante and the cat who voted for him know track.
I get all of this could be Greek to all of you, so let me try this.
There is a thread here about a 19 year old Cuban long jumping 29 feet. That got a thread here where nobody cares about track. So that was considered a real big deal and it is. Yes the track world (real fans) were just as in awe of that performance.
That 29 foot jump wouldn't come even remotely close to a middle school kid running a 19.5-20.5 200m. We would be leaving track into the relm of the supernatural, into the Twilight Zone.
The second SFS started talking that silliness he lost all credibity when it comes to track. NOBODY...NOBODY....who knows track could possibly try and peddle a 13/14 year old kid running 19-5-20.5. What about that don't you people understand?

It proved that you have an unhealthy obsession with needing people to recognize you as the track expert. Unfortunately, you just ran into someone here (SFS) that knows it better than you, and it eats you up inside.
Dude, I have this obsession with reality. I can't handle a load of obvious bull .
I challenge you to show us anything/something that SFS has ever said that has him as a track EXPERT. Where is that at, yep.....it doesn't exist and you know this. So, why the lies guy?
Come on guy show us anything SFS has ever said about track that shows some legit knowledge, you can't and know it.
Dude, the guy said nothing during the recent NCAA/Nationals, and now is running from talking about Paris. So where do you get he is a track EXPERT from? Come on guy stop lying.
I keep reading about how SFS knows track.
Ok so how about posting right here where that actually comes from.
Prediction
We won't see anything because there isn't anything. Prove me wrong, yep, ya can't.
I asked the guy about Christian Coleman who could be the future of USA sprinting, his response...."the guy can fly"....are you kidding me?
32 of you must feel pretty stupid now, the boy has totally proven all of you 100% wrong. And he doesn't even try to do anything. A know nothing too lazy to even Google, not a good combo.

My track knowledge comes from a true love for the sport a passion for the sport. That and being a track athlete, over 50 years of attending track meets, watching everything on TV, the magazines, the books. I am deeply into the sport to the point of...freakish/geekish.
So to have some know nothing who can't even figure out what a 19.5-20.5 is as a track SOURCE......sheesh~~~~~
Where is that self respect, you really this damn hard up to....put Avante down...to look totally stupid in doing it?
My new deal...
Until somebody can post something SFS has ever said that showed some legit track knowledge, I'm letting this drop.
prediction
A few posts of total crap, the same old riff raff acting re ed but....nothing about SFS and legit track knowledge.
Be back when we really see SFS and some legit track knowledge.
Will be heading off to where the posters can talk about Ronnie Baker, Michael Norman, Asian sprinting, that 4x1 team that Bob Hayes ran on at FAMU back in the early 60's, those stud Larry Black NCC teams, the Mills brothers, Southern U track, Obea Moore etc etc etc.

Narrator: "He didn't let it drop."
Changed my mind...
Remember this is also about them blues.
SFS, talk to me about them prewar Texas piano players. Who would we need when it comes to the Essential/Definitive Texas Prewar Piano.....well?
And of all those old cats who only recorded one record who is you favorite. As you know we find some real classics there that has all of us...what a shame he didn't record more.
Dude, do something, ok? You'd rather talk....fish?
You can ask SFS yourself
Would I rather talk fish with posters and engage in a discussion that I will probably take something away from? Or talk blues with an ignorant blowhard that knows nothing about the subject?
is that your question?
That coming from a guy trying to sell.....19.5-20.5....for a middle school kid. Dude, why do you play all the stupid you do? I OBVIOUSLY know them blues and track, and unlike you I prove the knowledge constantly. Stop bouncing off the walls of that fantasy world you wander around in guy, ok?
Right over there 12 big books on them blues, out in my Fortress of Solitude over 6000 blues CD. There is no blues cat who recorded prior to 1950 I'm not aware of and into. Why you talk ....know nothing...ignorant....when everybody can see the knowledge? We never see you doing anything guy.
You never ever really talk anything blues/track guy, and it's because you can't and we all see it.
I asked you about prewar Texas piano players, so what do you do, yep....what you always do....0.
How am I trying to sell it? I just mentioned it once. You’re the one that dwells on it and brings it up 10 times a day.
Experts don’t sell, they give.
Actually experts actually talk about the things they are experts of. You said this....why waste my time watching track.....right? How can you be some expert with,....why waste my time.........
You posted a thread once about how you were an expert in track, them blues, football etc etc.....ok so prove it.
What is that..20...as your avatar? And if you really knew track there is no way possible you could talk 19.5-20.5 for some kid.
Dude, why do you totally ignore 21.77 as the 200m record for middle schools kids? How about some comment on that and how you ran an Olynpic caliber 200, ok?
Big track meet in Paris Sat so will give your EXPERT opinion about what to expect, of course not. Why, yep..no clue at all about anything going on in the sport.
SFS them old blues goes like this...(CD's actually dedicated to the regions)
Memphis
Alabama
Piedmont/East Coast
Mississippi Delta....but all of Miss gets stuck here
Georgia
Texas
St.Louis
Louisiana
So where do we put....
Pegleg Howell
Jaybird Coleman
Peetie Wheatstraw
Son House
Lucille Bogan
Hattie Hudson
Blind Blake
Pink Anderson
Ramblin' Thomas
I know you can't actually do this because..................................
What instrument did these blues cat play?
Noah Lewis
Yank Rac
Little Brother Montgomery
Texas Alexander
Lonnie Johnson
Well?
I own well over 5000 CD's of stuff similiar this....
I bet you think she is actually getting bit in the back hahahaha~~~~~
In one of the Jack Reacher novels he is Georgia just wandering around, so he decides to try and find out what really did happen to Blind Blake****. The guy just vanished and nobody knows what happened, yep...a blues mystery.
So what old black Louisiana accordian player was beat to death for talking to a white woman? Yep, way back when. Well?
**** he gets into something else.

Muddy Waters first was recorded right there on his front porch at the Stovall Plantation in 1941. These recording a must have for anyone into them blues. But, it wasn't unti lthe mid 40's and his move to Chicago when he really took off. So when guys like myself talk them blues its BMW before Muddy Waters and AMW....after Muddy Waters. He is the cat who changed things.
So if putting together a AMW tape, it goes like this....
Muddy Waters
BB King
Howlin' Wolf
Sonny Boy Williamson
Little Walter
Lowell Fulson
Jimmy Reed
Lightnin' Hopkins
Otis Spann
Jimmy Rogers
Elmore James
John Lee Hooker
Otis Rush
Buddy Guy
Junior Wells
Guitar Slim
Albert King
Freddie King
Albert Collins
A BMW would be....
Ma Rainey
Bessie Smith
Blind Lemon Jefferson
Lonnie Johnson
Blind Blake
Victoria Spivey
Charley Patton
Furry Lewis
Memphis Minnie
Big Bill Broonzy
Leroy Carr
Memphis Jug Band
Sleepy John Estes
Son House
Blind Wilie McTell
Peetie Wheatstraw
Tampa Red
Gus Cannon Jug Stompers
Robert Johnson
Sonny Boy Williamson
Big Joe Williams
But, the really interesting aspect of them blues are those who only recorded a record or a few. Those phantoms, those shadows not found in most blues books.
The Phantoms
Bobby Grant
Henry Spaulding....his Cairo a true classic
Rube Lacy
Kid Bailey
Freezone
Jim Thompkins
Bo Jones
Kid Brown
Pigmeat Terry
Blind Willie Walker
Taster & Gay
Lane Hardin
Mississippi Noaner
Uncle Bud Walker
Willie Brown
Nellie Florence
Geechie Wiley....her Last Kind Words....a blues masterpierce
Elvie Thomas
Rabbit Brown....his James Alley Blues.....wow~~~
John D. Fox
Mississippi Bracey
Read up on Janis Joplin, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Johnny Winter, Van Morrison, and ya won't get too far before ya come across some of those mentioned above.

I walked into
the front door
I heard the backdoor slam
I think my baby
was with another man
she says oh no no
she'd never do something like that
but I don't smoke
so what's with that cigarette pack
she swears up and down
shes true as can be
but when I turned back the covers
there was another house key
must have fell from a pocket
that is the only explanation
what else could it be
yep, my baby has been
cheatin' on me
SFS give me some old pre 1940 hillbillie/black blues tunes about trains, booze, cocaine and prison. Remember I know nothing about this stuff so...HELP~~~~~~~
I’d recommend:
Prison Fart Blues
Whitey Stole My Toots Magroots
Whisky And Whippins (Blind Toe Jackson’s version)
This Train Takin Me to Hurt
translation
Let it go Avante, would ya please? Just messing with ya man, ok? Obviously I can't talk blues and know nothing about track. If I'd known you were going to take this sillyness to the extreme you have I never would have played this troll.....ok? But.....something tells me you have actually turned this troll around and now I'm the one being trolled....right?
Translation: SFS dropping knowledge...I need to Google these songs.
End of translation.
Google won’t help you. Those are rare songs. Ya just have to know these things.
