Per source, the Bucks have extended a qualifying offer to Jabari Parker, making him a restricted free agent. As expected. Bucks also extended qualifying offers to two-way players Marshall Plumlee and Xavier Munford to make them restricted as well.

One other FA note: Former NBAer Anthony Randolph has interest from "several" NBA teams, according to sources. He was excellent for Real Madrid last year, had a bit of a rough ending this year. He's under contract w Real Madrid, but can get out of the deal. sportingnews.com/nba/news/nba-t…
