.......Lebron going alone to the Lakers makes the playoffs but its a worse team than he had last year because he doesn't even have Kevin Love. So yeah, forfeit. If you have to highlight regular season "sweeps" then that shows just how weak your team is.
Well, my weak team SWEPT yours. What does that say about the Spurs?

Wait, don’t we want PG to sign in LA?
It would hinder Kawhi’s chances of getting a Max deal there next summer obviously. But I think LeBron will not be too pleased if PG remains in OKC and the Lakers do not trade for Kawhi.

I think LeBron is signing there regardless, but just LeBron with all those college kids on LA’s roster is going to be a second round exit in the West. Lebron knows he needs more help than that. And he’ll be almost 35 going into next season. I doubt he wants to waste a year all because the Lakers have high hopes for next summer.

I thought so. If only LBJ signs with LA that leaves a max slot open for Kawhi in free agency next season doesn't it??

See, you could have gone with something along the lines of my team is about to become your team but instead you went with this. Congrats on your regular season sweep. Certainly shows that the Lakers were so much better than the Spurs last year.

Bro you're about to rape us with a trade and you're sitting here using regular season sweeps as talking fodder. Man, y'all forgot how to talk because you've been for too long.

Nah, Kiwi ain't coming to LA. As much as I'd love to talk about poaching him, we would have to give up too much for Pop to pull the trigger. And you know this maaaaaan!

If ya'll are hoping for the Lakers to sign PG so they can't sign Kawhi next year ya'll are looking at this wrong. Kawhi is never going to be a Spur again. Ya'll should just come to terms with it.

Yeah that's one way to look at it, plus it wastes one year of Lebron's career by trying to carry those bums they're trying to trade to us.

Or if PG13 does head to LA, it'll rape their cap situation and Kawhi in the process. I'm fine with whatever.

If PG signs a 2-year deal in OKC (1+1), He could still opt out after next season and then sign in with the Lakers if he wants. He will demand a max contract though. With LeBron on board, the Lakers would have to decide between maxing out Kawhi or PG. I seriously doubt both would take significant paycuts to join LA together. It’s a really interesting situation going on in La La Land.

Magic's about to get desperate so he'll give up what he has to. It won't be too much though as the trade will still be lopsided AF in your favor. But it is what it is. My only hope is that Kawhi's quads explode next year.

ing no one, which is why they can't afford to take the Lakers' dog in trade.

if pg stays in OKC it’s better for us, because he’s one of the Best player the Lakers could have. So i think they will be more in rush and focus To have kawhi.

If I am the Spurs I am telling him we straight up not trading him to the Flakers. So pick a few teams and if you agree to sign with them and they offer us a good trade will pack your bags. If you don’t like that we’ll see you next season in SA.

I went with K-Y it just seems more appropriate at this point in time. Lol

Are we not sure that if LeBron ends up the only star in LA, that he demand the Lakers make a trade before the deadline anyway? We’ve seen this movie before.

Lebron playing GM and demanding big contracts for his boys is what really hurt the Cavs. The Lakers may see the same thing if they don't get their super players in the beginning.

I doubt PG will sign a contract that only has two years in it. Not enough security.

Are the Lakers pretty much asking Lebron tonight whether they give what the Spurs want or hold out?

Haha. Let's see what your roster looks like in 2 years. You fools will likely be a Bron injury away from the lottery, chief. And he might not even want to go back home for even $40M/year by then.
