    How does this hurt the Spurs leverage?

    LeBron needs Kawhi on that team a of a lot more than SA needs Ingram and kuzma.

    They can enjoy getting swept in the first round by Golden State while nephew drinks and drinks to pass the time.

    Can't kill the Spurs they're already dead

    No teams will trade with the Spurs now for a 1 year of Leonard. Spurs have no leverage in trades and lose Leonard next year or take Laker scraps this year.
    Losing situation for the spurs because they moved too slowly in trading Leonard.

    LeBron and Kawhi on the Lakers would suck so bad. Favorite non-Spur and favorite Spur (before he quit).

    I wonder if LeBron chose Kawhi over PG13? He'd be right in doing so since Kawhi is obviously the better player, but damn that'd be so ed up to do that to a coach they supposedly respect/love so much. Especially since we all know it's been such a rough year for Pop as it is.

    They moved fast enough, the offers were just crap

    Taking a crap offer over no offer is dumb.

    They can hardball Kawhi right into the next summer and see if he can even get there without falling apart.

    I mean who else they got besides lebron and some busts. Who is out there besides Kawhi? Because they ain't trading Kawhi. They would themselves royalty if they ever did. At least by the fans.
